Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the old town with fantastic sea views and communal pool

This lovely apartment is located in the old town of Puerto del Carmen which is the main tourist resort of this beautiful island. This lovely apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen. This area is quite charming with great sea food restaurants,Live music bars, a good concentration of Irish bars , general entertainment, supermarkets and nice scenic surrounds.
The apartment is situated in a big complex w of just 80 apartments with a lovely good sized pool and pool bar with good views.

The apartment is on one level, but due to the staircases in the communal areas the apartment is not suitable for people using mobility aids.
The complex has security gate for personal access only.

The  top floor apartment  offers   1 bedroom, 1 bathroom   , American  breakfast bar with kitchen  and lounge plus south facing  balcony .
Kitchen offers  an American breakfast bar and is fully equipped with  hob , freedge ,  keetle, toaster  and all necessary  kitchen utilities .
Lounge :  Nice south facing lounge  with  sliding doors to south facing  balcony . The lounge is equipped  with sofa  ( which can be  made into a  double bed ) , TV with  main English programmes .
Lovely  sized south facing balcony   with  fantastic sea views to the harbour  and to the island Fuerteventura .
The kitchen is fully  equipped for  3 people with , hob, kettle  and all kitchen utilities.

There is also a safe box in the apartment. We are providing linen and towels . You have to bring your beach towels . Towel change twice and linen change once a week . The apartments are completely equipped . TV with satellite programmes are in the apartment

Beach:
The nearest beach is the main beach of Puerto del Carmen with it’s miles and miles of long golden sands which is a 12 minutes  walk away .

Animals  and Pets :
Not allowed .

Car Hire:
A car is not necessary but to hire a car is very cheap on the island . We can  provide you  with information on prices  . For  example  a simple 3 door car – Citroen Saxo – starts with Euro 22,- per day   we can  book the car for you  should you wish.

Further details:
The apartment is cleaned once  a week and towels are supplied once a  week Linen changed  once a week . Please bring your own beach towels for the beach and the pool.
