Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Puerto del Carmen with fantastic sea views and communal pool.

This  good sized   apartment is located in the  calle Juan Carlos  1 – for those who know  the island – opposite the  Eurospar supermarket and opposite the  only   petrol  station in Puerto del Carmen . Puerto del Carmen  is the main tourist resort of this beautiful island. This  nice   apartment is just 8  minutes walk from the  main  sand  beach   of Puerto del Carmen. All amenities are in the surroundings.
The apartment is situated in a big complex  of   120  apartments with a lovely  good sized pool  and pool bar  with good  views .
The complex  is called Lanzamar – very ell known complex  on the island and offers  pool, kids pool, lovely sunbath areas  and pool bar plus restaurant 

The   holiday home  offers   1 bedroom, 1 bathroom   , kitchen - lounge plus south facing  balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped with  hob , fridge ,  kettle, toaster  and all necessary  kitchen utilities.
Lounge :  Nice south facing lounge  with  sliding doors to south facing  balcony . The lounge is equipped  with sofa  ( which can be  made into a  double bed ) , TV with  main English programmes.
Lovely  sized south facing balcony   with  fantastic sea views over the complex  and to the sea.
The kitchen is fully  equipped for  3 people with , hob, kettle  and all kitchen utilities.

There is also a safe box in the apartment.
We are providing  linen and towels . You  have to bring your beach towels . Towel change twice  and linen  change   once  a week.
The apartments are completely equipped.

Beach:
The nearest beach is the main beach of Puerto del Carmen with it’s miles and miles of long golden sands which is a  8 inutes  walk away .

Animals  and Pets :
Not allowed .

Car Hire:
A car is not necessary but to hire a car is very cheap on the island . We can  provide you  with information on prices  . For  example  a simple 3 door car – Citroen Saxo – starts with Euro 22,- per day   we can  book the car for you  should you wish.

Further details:

The apartment is cleaned once  a week and towels are supplied once a  week Linen changed  once a week . Please bring your own beach towels for the beach and the pool.
